Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to secure your place on your ideal sports programme. Simply download and complete the relevant application form and return it to our Admissions team as early as possible. Applicants will receive an acknowledgement email or card within one week after applications have been received by our Admissions team. If you do not receive this you should contact the team on firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about receipt of your application. Part-Time Courses will run subject to sufficient applications received.
Enrolment-Induction: Once you receive an offer, we will invite you to participate in our online e-Learning induction week. It’s a very important segment of the application and enrolment process. We provide all enrolled students with the necessary VLE / LMS training. This gives them the opportunity and the necessary knowledge to try out our e-Learning Management (LMS) System and to access how it works. Applying for a Full-Time Degree-Level course: If you would like to apply for any LSBC Degree Level courses, your method of application will differ depending on whether you want to apply for a full-time or part-time session of your chosen course. If you are applying for a full-time, you will need to apply through us or our partner Universities (VVU). The application process for students interested will be forwarded to us for processing and the offer and acceptance procedure is taken over by LSBC.
Once we are notified of your application you will be invited for an interview if needed and once you have been accepted and given an offer, we will request payment of your deposit. For more information on fees and deposits, click here.
Each course has a unique “course code” that you will need to take note of and use during your application. You can find more information on this site.
Applying for a Part-Time Degree-Level course: All part-time degree-level courses are not offered through our partner Tertiary institutions or colleges. Application must be done directly through (LSBC) Institute. For this, you will need to fill in the application form and return it to us as soon as possible. Applying as a Full-Time International Student (Overseas)
International Students application can be made via LSBC website at www.lucsb. Details of all course’s requirement are given at this site. Before completing the application form, you must read and understand the information about our Fee Payment and Refund Policy. Signing the application form means you are agreeing to the terms of this policy.
Your Certificate: As part of your application process, please include the following document with your application form.
Certified copies of your academic qualifications:
Where appropriate, evidence of your English Language ability (or equivalent)
A reference to confirm your status and suitability for the course. An email or correspondence address where we can keep in touch with you about your application
In all cases, the following documents should be attached to the completed online application forms:
- Copies of certificates.
- Copies of Transcripts of academic record
- One recent passport-size photograph.

Applicants should note that:
No application will be processed unless all requirements are fully met.
- Any change of address must be communicated at once to the Dean, School of Graduate Studies.
- A change of programme after submission of application forms will NOT be allowed.
- ALL certificates and results slip other than those from the West African Examinations Council, the Universities in Ghana and Institutions accredited by the National Accreditation Board, should be cleared with the Accreditation Board and the evaluation report attached to the certificate(s).
It may be helpful for you to have your educational certificates available as we require details of your qualifications. You can also upload copies of your documents to support your application if you would like to. This may help us to make a decision as quickly as possible and easily when processing your application. To make a full offer, we will require verified copies of your certificates, but these can be submitted at a later date if you prefer. Please refer to the guidance notes for full information.
